Attire
Business Meetings
For Wednesday’s general session meeting, the attire is business casual. For Thursday’s optional breakout meetings, the attire is casual/business casual.
Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars
For Wednesday night at Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, recommended attire is dressy casual, comfort-driven attire for men, with pants or nice jeans and a collared shirt—a tie and jacket are not required. For women, sundresses, skirts, pants, and a blouse or nice jeans. Please note to wear comfortable shoes as we will be lakeside.
Culinary Institute of America at Copia
For Thursday night’s celebration at the Culinary Institute of America at Copia, please wear bold and bright cocktail attire and comfortable shoes. Heels are not recommended in the outdoor amphitheater.

Weather
In Napa, September features warm, sunny days and cool, crisp evenings. Daytime temperatures typically reach an average high in the mid-to-upper 80s °F while overnight lows drop into the mid-50s °F. With the significant swing between morning/evening temperatures dressing in layers is highly recommended. Dinners will be held outdoors and a light jacket, wrap, or sweater is recommended.
